Mar 6, 2008 - i have a question , could you tell if it correct to write in pencil first then to write in pen and finally to erase the the pencil writing. As i do in first certificate test.

Mar 6, 2008 - You need to write about 250 words, so it's best to make a plan, and write in pencil or pen, doesn't matter. You won't have time to re-write. But, what's most important is you answer the question well!!!

Jun 13, 2008 - you mentioned on ur previous videos about using I and you in an essay. How can we in other way express our ideas in our essay since most of the questions is to be answered by personal knowledge n experience? Thanks!! Great videos by the way!

Jun 13, 2008 - You can talk about people, using the generic "you" or "they". Eg. Some people like fast food. They don't have time to prepare their meals. However, if you eat fast food, like McDonalds, all the time, it is not good for your health. etc. NOTE: In an English exam, it is OK to use the first person pronoun, occasionally (not repeatedly). Eg. I think that .. BUT, a more formal way is : "In my opinion.." (OK?)
